<![CDATA[Setting a default charset? / enabling charset detection?]]>I have many MP3 files whose ID3 tags were set using Windows codepage-1255 (Hebrew); or you can think of it as ISO 8859-8-I (those mostly agree). When these files are added to Strawberry, I see Gibberish for their names/artist names/etc.

At the same time, I also have files for which the ID3 (or other) tags were written in UTF-8 (or what I would assume to be UTF-8), and those appear in their appropriate language - Hebrew, Arabic, etc.

I have not see any controls in Strawberry (1.0.20) for the choice of default charset for decoding ID3 tag text; nor any controls regarding charset auto-detection. Are there any?

If not, should I file a bug about it?
