  • Playlist column
  • Track info window
  • Track context panel

Moreover, having them available in the smart playlists as a search 'term' would be really useful, at least for the BPM.

A few examples:

  • generally DJ's want BPM (tempo) to build over time so you don't go from a "fast" song to a bit slower one...even a slight drop in tempo can cause people to leave a dance floor.
  • DJ's doing beat mixing use BPM to find songs of similar BPMs that may then mix together well. The tonal "key" of a song can also help with mixing songs together or to create smooth transitions.
  • People exercising or running often find they like a certain tempo for running, another for cool down, etc.

Using the BPM column (beats per minute) makes it possible to create playlists with Down tempo (for the morning) and Uptempo (when a party is going on).

The Initial key enables to play songs in a harmonically-pleasing order. Music with the same key create a harmonious and consonant mashup with any music genre.

There is a simple tool to understand the initial key named the Camelot Wheel, when this tool is used and combined with the BPM and Initial Key column, you can create a playlist like a pro radio DJ.
