<![CDATA[Strawberry does not work any more after update of Tuxedo OS Ubuntu/KDE based system]]>Hi all,

Just upgraded Tuxedo OS to the newest release, afterwards Strawberry (and Obs-Studio) do not work any more, apparently there is a problem with the Qt 6 Libraries. I used the package manager, here is the dump from the CLI interface.

I am not that fluent with the package manager and Qt settings, is there any quick fix I can apply?

Is this a general problem and will it be fixed / updated on the Strawberry side for one of the coming releases?

Thank you for the clarification. Tuxedo OS is based on Ubuntu with the KDE desktop on top, that may the reason why it runs more recent versions of Qt.

Out of curiosity I checked the Strawberry Player on my Mac, it runs with Qt6.10. So the Linux/Ubuntu version is a bit behind.

So for the time being, I have installed Clementine on my Tuxedo machine, it's a bit dated, but as it only requires Qt5.X, it runs.

You have newer versions of Qt than what is compatible with Ubuntu Noble and the strawberry PPA for Ubuntu Noble. The version should be 6.4, but you have 6.9. I think you need to ask Tuxedo directly.
