Using Strawberry version 1.2.19 on Kubuntu 26.04.

I’m trying to figure out whether Strawberry supports the kind of playlist behavior I’m looking for, because Smart Playlists never seem to work the way I expect.

      My workflow is simple:

I keep my music in my Music folder, and I actively add and remove tracks from it. What I want is one playlist that always reflects what is currently in that folder, so I can open Strawberry, turn on shuffle, hit play, and hear whatever music is currently on my laptop.

The Collection tab does show my music, but that is not the workflow I’m looking for. It requires too much browsing through folders, artists, albums, and individual tracks when all I want is an always-current playlist I can shuffle.

What I’m looking for is basically:

“A playlist that watches my Music folder and updates itself automatically.”

Is this currently possible in Strawberry?
