• Fixed custom palette colors under appearance settings sometimes not applying to some UI elements, such as the menu bar and playlist tabs, until a further edit or restart
• Removed dead RadioBrowser API mirror servers that no longer exist, avoiding failed lookups before falling back when the service is unreachable
