I am a newbie to Ubuntu.
I want to be able to put mp3 files from my computer onto my iPod Nano.
I have downloaded Strawberry and it recognizes my iPod but I cannot figure out how to move an mp3 file (of a podcast) from my computer to my iPod.

Can anyone explain to a grandmother (me) how to do this? Using un-nerdlike language please.
