DLNA/UPnP support

With all the Roon hype, it seems like Strawberry would be a great alternative platform if it would just natively support output to DLNA audio devices. You can hack this by running pulseaudio-DLNA in Linux, but it's not ideal.

@hifiwifi especially for Windows, I would like this feature to be extremely lacking in this player.

@CherryStraw Which player would you recommend for Windows with support for audio output to a network player and other network devices so that Internet radio could play on my network devices

@axim705 I have understood Museeks has this function integrated, though I am not sure. I suggest you to check the Github page of Museeks, because the main website doesn't offer too much information about their Music Player.

Still hoping for this feature to be added. Literally every other UPnP/DLNA client has this functionality.
