Option to increase font size in playlist

This player is perfect for my needs except for one thing--the font in the playlist is too small and light for me to see without holding my laptop close to my eyes. I love being able to enlarge the font for the lyrics -- isn't there some way this can be done for the playlist also? Or at least to make it bold, if there isn't room to make it much larger.

@sylvia The generalization of this is font-size control. I would welcome an option for such but for the opposite reason - to make the size smaller. And while dealing with the appearance of the playlist I suggest also options for the padding on the text and the background color of the alternating lines.

an optimal implimentation would be Shift/meta/alt/ctrl + scroll to increase decrease size on the fly without going into the menu or the typical elektron method of ctrl+ + or ctrl+ - for increase or decrease
