Remove the enable Moodbar option - just have it enabled always

The Moodbar is one of the main reasons I use Clementine/Strawberry. I don't understand why I now have to enable it in the settings first, rather than just right-clicking on the progress bar and selecting "Show moodbar".

It was done for the ability to disable moodbar generation on each song change which takes up CPU. -
@jonas Could you not just not generate the moodbar if it isn't visible?
