Option to apply (negative) gain to tracks without ReplayGain metadata.
ReplayGain is awesome, but it usually leads to most tracks without ReplayGain metadata to be played back much louder than those with it, which is why it makes sense to reduce the loudness of all tracks without ReplayGain metadata by some set amount.
It's a very common feature, all the other audio players I use or used to use on Linux (Audacious, Exaile), and Android (Omnia, Vanilla Music, GoneMad, foobar2000 Mobile, ...) have it.

GStreamer has something called fallback-gain. I've added it to the backend settings now.
I've also increased the range for pre-amp to go from -60 to +60 DB as that's what gstreamer supports now.
Builds should be available on https://builds.strawberrymusicplayer.org/ in an hour or so.
Pick version 0.9.3-7 or higher.
@jonas That looks great! Thank you for your work.
