Changing volume by mouse wheel on system tray icon

I would like to be able to change the volume by rolling the mouse wheel over the system tray icon. I use Linux with Xfce. The system volume icon and other audio players have this function.

@trustable That would be a nice function, but I dunno... Not everyone uses the tray icon.

Strawberry had this previously, it wasn't working reliable on all Linux desktops so I removed it, I think it's a Qt bug.
