    • Can I keep All Tracks Updated?

I usually keep a tab open with All Tracks loaded from the smart playlists tab. However, if I add tracks to my library folders, and then update changed collection folders or just restart Strawberry, any new tracks found are put in the 'smart' playlist, I have to clear it out and add 'em all again. I'd love to just have a tab open with All tracks that just always keeps up to date with the libraries. Is this possible?

    • RE: Can I setup/store a specific order for a Playlist?

@silver-sun Yeah, that's kinda what I was trying to avoid because it means I have to be constantly saving the play list if I make changes while editing it. Doesn't appear to be a solution for this specific use case, but thanks for t he help regardless! 😄

    • Can I setup/store a specific order for a Playlist?

I want to build a playlist with a specific order, like a mixtape or tracklist for a CD. I don't want to change the Track numbers of course, as this is just a playlist, and I don't wanna mess up their order on their individual albums. Obviously, when I make a playlist, I can just add the songs in the order I please. However one little misclick on the column titles, and I've sorted by title or artist or whatever and lost my custom ordering. Ideally I'd have an extra column, just for the playlist where I could sort it by my ordering. Are there any ways to accomplish a designated order for a playlist and store it just with that playlist, but lets it get dynamically updated so I don't have to keep exporting and loading an m3u. Is there some simple solution I'm overlooking?

    • RE: Skins for strawberry

@TakeFive Ooh, I didn't know about this feature! I like the options, but none are my ideal. Vertical text is kinda anoying, and removing the text makes playlists and smart playlists look identical. I'm really digging strawberry, but the more customizable interface of foobar2000 and similar players is one of my more missed features.

    • RE: Is there a way to view the track as a waveform?

@rikosi While this isn't exactly what you're looking for, enabling the moodbar feature and setting it to be displayed in the track progress bar does communicate what the track sounds like visually and lets you scrub through it. It does help signify changes to the track like the drop and quiet parts, although it's not quite as easy to interpret as a waveform.

    • RE: Option to group collections by folder

This is a feature I would use too, but for different reasons. I've got an Unsorted/Untagged folder which is mostly just a mess. I also keep my Classical music in a separate folder since It needs to be tagged and handled differently.
