VLC and some other players expose bookmark or chapter markers (often present in audiobooks such as .m4b files and certain video files) and allow selection/navigation (prev chapter/next chapter). VLC puts tick marks on the scrubber indicating chapter boundaries. It would be nice to include chapter support (visualization and navigation) to enhance the listening experience for audiobooks, especially when coupled with a sleep timer and adjustable playback speed.

Clementine, VLC, iTunes, and many others expose shuffle and repeat controls near other playback controls (play/pause, next, prev, etc.). Please consider doing something similar.
