Gapless playback not working

There is somehow still a tiny gap (~0.1 second) between tracks that are supposed to be gapless. I'm playing local 24-bit FLAC files. Here is a screenshot of my settings:
The GStreamer version is 1.20.3-1.

Do you know if it's the same problem with 44.1/16bit files or just 24 bit files? -

This is the same for FLAC (16 Bit) testing with The Wall tracks 2-3 (no silence) there's a break in the audio. https://i.imgur.com/IU85PCX.png
OK, update here. When testing this (skip to the end) it's an issue with the buffer. Skip to 10 sec before the end and it is indeed gapless.

The pre-loading starts 5 seconds before the end of the track, if you seek after that, it's not enough time to buffer the next track to make it gap-less.
