Can't open stream

Hi,
I have a problem in using Strawberry for Windows.
When I double-click on a stream to play, an error message appears:
"Your GStreamer installation is missing a plug-in."
Stream -> http://serpent0.duckdns.org:8088/kbsfm.pls
It contains *.m3u8 playlist.
Could you kindly help me for this?

I can confirm the issue on Windows. Not sure why it doesn't work, because it's HLS and should be included in the installer through gst-libav. -
@jonas I think the HLS decoder is not included in the installer. I would appreciate if you check and include it in the next Windows build. Thank you very much for your time~!
