I connect my Samsung Galaxy S21 with my Linux Mint 20.3. It is mounted. I can access it via the file commander. Then I open Strawberry. The mobile phone is shown. But when I try to open it, I get the error shown below. What is the problem?

The phone should not be mounted when connecting it in strawberry as the MTP protocol is used.
