Shuffle/repeat settings should be per-playlist

I like that the Queue has been changed to be distinct per playlist, rather than global, as it was in Clementine. Good move.
The same thing should certainly be done for shuffle and repeat settings (probably even more important than Queue). Currently I find that they are still global.
