What does this mean? How can I fix it?

It's a MusicBrainz identifier: https://musicbrainz.org/doc/MusicBrainz_Identifier
Strawberry reads this and uses instead artst, album, track, etc when sending scrobbles to ListenBrainz. (https://picard-docs.musicbrainz.org/en/variables/tags_basic.html)
I suggest to use a tag editor like KID3 or EasyTag and check the MBID's for the specific song.
