I already filed a bug on the poor quality of pipewiresink with lossy formats: https://github.com/strawberrymusicplayer/strawberry/issues/1377

But now, Pipewire output doesn't work at all for me (even on a FLAC with buffering disabled) and freezes Strawberry. I'm wondering if anyone else has tried direct Pipewire output with latest Strawberry 1.1.0-rc.

I'm on Debian sid with Pipewire 1.2, Gstreamer 1.24.5, etc.

@idontknow Same here with Pipewire 1.2.1. As I understand, Pipewire 1.2 introduced quite a bit of regressions, some were fixed with 1.2.1 but this might be yet another one.

Thank you. I'm using Pipewire (and "gstreamer1.0-pipewire") 1.2.1
At least pulseaudio emulation still works.
