Ability to add a name to the stream

Hi!
Added streams just show the URL. Sometimes this is not enough to identify the radio, specially if you save multiple streams on a playlist. I have tried to add a comment, name, title... to no avail. I assume those fields are reserved for the stream itself whenever it’s played.
Any chance to save some info about the stream, and not just the URL? Thanks!
