      Hi, I had been playing TIDAL music without issues until a message "Secure Connection Setup Failed" is showed. I continue logged in and, actually, I can search for TIDAL songs.

      Could somebody give me an advice, please?

      I'm using Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS

        Make sure you have glib-networking installed.
        https://packages.ubuntu.com/groovy/glib-networking
        Could also be missing root certificates on your computer.
        Check if other non-tidal streams are working, for example one of these:
        https://radioparadise.com/listen/stream-links
        Go to playlist / add stream to add test it.

          @jonas thanks for your answer.

          glib-networking is installed, however, I tried with one of the streams and it wasn't working.
          maybe I changed something about the root certificates as you told me because I removed the snap version from my pc and installed the deb package and now TIDAL is working again!

          Many thanks!
