Multiple sorts when using smart playlist

I want to create a smartplaylist, where the lastplayed field should be the trigger. What i want is a list with songs, not played in the last year or older. This list should be sorted first by lastplayed field, then by Albumname, then by Tracknumber, so that the oldest, not played titles comes first, but the album should stay intact in order of the tracknumber.
Currently i have no idea how to build this list. Can anyone please help?

@OriNOVet Aha, they can be tricky.
Search terms 'Last Played' I set this to 'not in the last year' and after >Next 'Sort songs by Last Played oldest first', only showing the first 20, and dynamic playback enabled.
