Conditional creating folder?

When copying a track to the library based on the tags, I can use some patterns. Most placeholders are self-explanatory. However, what I haven't been able to find so far is a conditional placeholder. For example, I would like to create a subdirectory /Disc xx only if there are multiple discs in an album. How do I do this?
