So i installed Gnome tweaks and that has a "startup applications" area there. Strawberry does now auto start but does not auto play even though the option to resume playback on startup is selected.

Heres the even more weird part...
If i close Strawberry and restart it WILL auto play the songs... but
If i leave Strawberry open and restart it will NOT auto play.... why is that? any ideas?

What i am trying to achieve is a headless standalone linux PC "music box" that just keeps on playing my entire music collection at random songs 24/7 and even if there is a power outage, it will auto startup and resume playback without me having to remote into it.

I have a linux based music box that runs audacious and it auto starts with "audacious u%". I tried the same thing with strawberry but it does not work. How do i get Strawberry to auto load on startup?

No logs were created when closed.... and now it works just fine.
I don't get it. For weeks this has had an issue, then you reply to my post and then it magically works.

version 1.0.14 on win 11 laptop and i also have the same version on my win 10 desktop at home. the both do the same thing where every time you open it, it just goes back to 100% volume.

Is there a way for the player to remember the volume settings upon start? Each time i start the player it goes to 100% and i typically have the music volume lower (as more of a background) and i am regularly having to pull the volume down. Instead i would like for it to start up on a previously set volume percentage. Is that possible?
