Skip certain lenght of song

At foobar2000 we have a mode for skipping intros and too short songs as viewed here: https://www.foobar2000.org/components/view/foo_skip
Is there any way to skip certain lenght songs? I want to skip intros and interludes that are shorter than 1'30min.
