Ik heb de desbetrefffende file hernoemd en het probleem was miraculeus opgelost, draait nu toch al een week ongestoord. Vreemd gedrag. Toch bedankt

Been using strawberry (current versions 1.1.1 on Zorin 17.3) as a replacement for iTunes for the last 4 years and happy with it.
Since a couple of weeks some strange behaviour comes up.
Every time i start strawberry (so an update of the collection) some new songs appear as "unknown" artist ... at first it was just 4 all having the same title of "1-02 sobing sonto.mp3", a song which is already in the database.

Today i have even more strangeties ... my playlist shows 64 songs with playcunt 0, from several
albums already in the database, but when i play them they all play this particular song "sobing sonto"
I have 22000 song in the database.
Any suggestions? I am currently doing a full collection scan, but already did that with no avail

Been using Strawberry for over a year now and very content with it. However lately i found entire albums disappeared from my Smart Playlist. Used to have 8000 songs in this specific playlist, now only 2700.
Upon investigation the missing songs are NOT in the collection tab either. Update entire collection did not solve it.
The views are set to entire collection, all songs, so no filters.

Then i was surprised to see they are (18500 songs) all there AND playable in the "All songs Playlist". Tried to renew/recreate the Smart playlist (simple filter upon Genre = AfroPop) to no avail.

As a last resort i looked via the console directly in the database and the songs are in there.

Anyone have an idea what happened? Should i recreate the database?
