RE: Migration from opensuse
@jonas with this latest build I find all my recordings; I erased the database and rebuilt from the musical recordings folders; I had already tried to delete the database and rebuild it with the previous version of 14 but without effect, it seems that this time it worked; the grouping used is genre, album, artist

RE: Migration from opensuse

RE: Migration from opensuse
@philippeg Who can answer to this issue ? It is clearly a bug , two if we need GT6 for the dark theme matter and the distribution don't allow it ...The most important bug is the one that does not allow to find all the songs during the search in my library, I cannot stay on version 1.0.11 forever and this calls into question the use of the tool

RE: Migration from opensuse
@silver-sun "To answer your questions is way above my pay grade, but I am wondering if all your flac files have proper tags (metadata).
If you have not already done so, check to see if the files are available through the "Files" source, as opposed to the "Collection". If they are, I would guess that the problem lies with the "Collection" scanning process." Yes they are and it is working with the 1.0.11 version the 1.0.0 all the others music players but not the 1.0.14 version; i did not test the medium versions ; i think it is relatied the the scanning process but i am not a dev to seek from where the problem come from; something has been changed between these versions for sure ...
Concerning , the dark theme, i am not the only one who has the problem with the last version ....whatever the distribution ....depending of the last linux version or the last Strawberry version i don't know ..Some thing it is related to QT but i am not a dev and I think that only the devs or Strawberry can solve the issues. -
Migration from opensuse
Hello,
I just migrated several PCs from Open-suse 15.3 to Linux Mint 21.1 running Mate or Cinnamon; I put on PC more than 5000 CDs transformed into FLAC files for the most part using K3B .. Strawberry in version 1.1.14, the version under Linux Mint ignores certain recordings but identifies others when one indicates the music library ...Under Opensuse I was in 1.0.0.. Under Linux Mint I did some tests with Clementine or Gmusicbrowser, the recordings ignored by Strawberry are, in this case, well identified ...if I ' uses version 1.0.11.11 present on this site, the records forgotten by version 1.0.14 are taken into account ....
Another problem, under Mint I have a dark theme, it seems impossible to make Strawberry use dark themes ..while under Opensuse, I had not this problem ....
Is there a solution.
Thanks
