Thanks for this release. I had posted a suggestion to provide a launch animation, because there is no visual feedback that Strawberry will actually start. I had a relatively slow laptop and was never sure if Strawberry would start. Even with a new and faster laptop, Strawberry would take a while to launch and I had to have faith that it would actually start.
With this version Strawberry launches immediately. Hence launch animation (for me) is no longer an issue.

New to the forum, not new to using the awesome player that is Strawberry.
Ever since I began using Strawberry, this has been a minor annoyance, namely when I click on the Strawberry icon in my desktop panel (KDE) there is no visual indication that Strawberry is starting, unlike an application for instance like Firefox, where there's an animation indicating that I have indeed clicked on the icon.
Other than this I have zero complaints about Strawberry, only praises.
