It isn't a feature that exists yet in gstreamer, but something to keep an eye on for when this feature can be set up in strawberry: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gstreamer/-/issues/4758 (a link to the draft of the implementation is at the bottom)

I don't quite know how that would work out for sudo elevation.
