Gapless Playback issue

Hello, I am having an issue where there is always a small pause in between tracks when using Strawberry. This becomes apparent when listening to albums with tracks that are meant to transition seamlessly (e.g. Black Star - Definition ->RE:DEFinition, The Microphones - I Want Wind to Blow -> The Glow Pt. 2) I have read some of the other threads in regards to gapless playback and it being the default setting but I'm unsure if I've changed a setting somewhere, I've looked all around the settings but can't seem to find anything.
This issue is only occurring on Strawberry as I've tried testing on different music players and I am not running into this issue. Maybe I should just try reinstalling?

It depends on the audio format that you transition to, FLAC should work seamlessly, but there are known GStreamer issues with MP3. -
@jonas Ah I see, I am listening to mp3s. I guess there isn't really much else to do unfortunately.

@jonas I am having the opposite issue. Strawberry frequently cuts off the end of the song when transitioning to the next.
Here are my settings.
I have all fade options disabled so it should be playing the tracks back to back without any changes. Also nearly all of my library is FLAC.
