Currently Strawberry 1.0.4 runs under XWayland, which comes with some downsides. It would be great if there was a native Wayland support.

Strawberry uses Qt so it should be fully wayland compatible.
Make sure you have the qt wayland plugin installed, the files are libqwayland-generic.so and libqwayland-egl.so, package qt6-wayland.

Thanks jonas, installing the qt6 packages on openSUSE TW has resolved the issue!
Maybe you can add a note somewhere on the GitHub page for letting others know of it too? 🙂
