automatically adding (disc 1) to imported album names

when i add my music collection, some albums are automatically getting (disc 1) appended to their names. this has caused some file duplication. i checked that it's strawberry specifically by uninstalling the program, manually removing the duplicated albums, then reinstalling strawberry and importing my collection again only to have it happen again.

If the album is tagged with a disc number higher than 0, Strawberry appends "Disc #" to the end of the album title. You can turn this off by setting "group by" to "Group by Album artist/Album":
