Struggle with macOS build / install? Here's a script for it

Firstly, thanks to all Strawberry Player contributors for the great work. I'm a big fan of Clementine. Having a way to run Strawberry in macOS is amazing.
I struggled a bit to properly get it built and run. In a spirit of sharing for help, I "documented" the process in a shell script that now I use to properly install / update Strawberry on macOS (Apple Silicon).
