      Hello,

      Is it possible to control Strawberry with an IR remote under Linux (latest Manjaro in my case) ? I would like to use at least the player controls in such manner. I dont have a fitting remote nor receiver yet. Its just an idea (I discovered Strawberry just a few days ago). Has anyone tried that already?

        Yes it should work. I used to use a IR remote to control MythTV many years ago.
        The config I used: http://files.jkvinge.net/files/lirc/lircrc
