Syncing with .m3u8 playlist folder

Hello, I'm currently using Strawberry in conjunction with an iPod running Rockbox, and I noticed that all the playlists on Rockbox are saved using .m3u8
My question is whether:
- there's a command-line way to export/import playlists in strawberry
- or if there's a way to set up auto-syncing playlists from a folder
This isn't a huge deal since I can simply manage all my playlists in Strawberry then export them to use in Rockbox, but I figured I'd ask anyways.
