Linux Ubuntu 20.04 - How to write USB Stick to be listed in the Devices Tab?

Hello Community!,
I am a Strawberry 1.0.10 in Linux/Ubuntu 20.04 and am trying to sync my collection with a USB stick (Fat32/Kingston 2GB) but the stick is not listed, but another with the Windows 10 image burnt on it works.
Does anyone knows how to format or which is the trick to make the USB flash drive appears?

Try running Strawberry from the command line.
Its verbose output might provide some clues as to whats going on.
