Hey folks,

I like listening to my music by choosing a genre and telling it to shuffle all within that genre. This has me placing some songs in multiple genres. MusicBee did this no problems, however Strawberry seems to be missing this feature.

It would be great if I could input multiple genres (and change the chosen delimiter in the settings would be helpful too. While I use the ';', others use other options apparently).

@cherrystraw Thanks for your response. Guess I'll head over there and make a point there.

How would you suggest manually organising them? I have two potential methods: playlists, which has a risk of 'data loss' (I seem to lose my playlists a little too frequently); and duplication, where I have a copy of the song with the different genre. Duplication fits my needs best, I think but it's a messy solution.

I'm not sure if this belongs here or in the feature suggestion space, but I'm really hoping it belongs here. I also apologise if this has been raised before, but the search bar couldn't find it.

My primary method of listening to music is shuffling the genre I feel like at the time. This requires custom genres and occasionally multiple of them for a single track. Strawberry seems to do the first no problem, but I have yet to find a way to manage multiple genres per track.

Am I missing a setting for the chosen delimiter, or to enable it at all, or is it a missing feature?
