With more playlist tabs is not show playlist name, but on all is unnecessary close icon...
Playlist can be closed by middle mouse click, or in right mouse context menu 
Also be fine option to hide star icon if playlist is not stared 
And i'm totally OK, if options be added without settings in GUI, but only by strawberry.conf

I have same problem (on Xubuntu 24.04)...
In real problem is not "stream and stop streaming", but after resumed from sleep, is only play remained part from cache/buffer filled before suspend,
after cache is empty, is show this error as Strawberry try seek on SomaFM from "time in suspend" to "time now" and this not supported by SomaFM
