I've found solution. After updating fedora 41 to 42, extension "AppIndicator and KStatusNotifierItem Support" stopped working because it has not been updated yet to support Fedora 42. This extensions is responsible adding the support for tray icons. After installing the newest version from another source and enabling it I'm able to run Strawberry in background.

Option "Keep running in the background" is disabled
Hi,
I wanted to run Strawberry in background to reduce amount of opened windows, but every time I close the strawberry window, the application closes and stops the music. Options "Show system tray icon", "Keep running in the background when the window is closed" and "Show song progress on system tray icon" are disabled and I cannot check them (grayed out). Is it limitation to my distro or am I missing something? I couldn't find any topic on internet related to this issue.
I'm using Fedora 42 Gnome. AFAIK there is no tray icons support but applications can live in background and are visible "Background apps" section near system panel.
I thought it was flatpack issue, but the issue persist even after installing DNF package. Any workarounds are also appreciated.
