Nevermind, I'm a complete idiot and i forgot that's the album I duplicated to test TakeFive's suggestion.
I'm just a dork.
Thanks again everyone for your time and help.
Happy New Year!!!

@jonas Thank you so much!!!
Ha!!! So i tried the PPA thing you mentioned and it didn't work, not sure why.
However, I went back into the Software Manager and found that Strawberry shows up twice, once as 1.0.23 and once as 1.2.3. So I somehow obviously downloaded the wrong version.
I uninstalled 1.0.23 , installed 1.2.3 and did a system reboot.
Now it sees everything in the collection.
My only issue now is that for some reason, one of the albums is duplicated in the Collection.
When I search by File, the files are only there once, so I don't understand why it's duplicated in the collect. As far as I can tell it's only the one album.
I did both a collection rescan and an update to changed collection folders.
Here's a pic just for reference:
Than you again for all the help.
@Gustavo-L-Conte Thanks.
I used EasyTag to check the metadata and 2 of the albums show "Dual Channel" as the mode other than stereo. That's the only difference I can find and it's not an editable field.
Not sure what else to look for, but everything else is filled in like the working files.
Thanks again & Happy New Year.
@TakeFive - Thanks for the advice.
I tried Clementine and everything is visible and plays on it.
As far as I can tell, all files are mp3's and formatted correctly.
I moved one of the folders to a band that 's already seen by Strawberry; did a rescan and reboot and still wasn't seen.
One of the artists was ripped via Windows Media Player and the other 2 by MediaMonkey.
The MediaMonkey files are named: "#-Artist-trackname.mp3". That's the only difference I could find.
When I open Strawberry I get the following errors:
Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Good Evening,
Sorry if this is a repeat. I tried searching for 20min and nothing came up.
I just added 4 new albums to my computer. I opened Strawberry and they're not there.
I rescanned the database twice. I closed Strawberry twice and rebooted the computer once.
Still they don't show up in my Collection.
Is there a size limit to how many files Strawberry can see?
Like I said, I searched about 10 different ways and couldn't find a similar thread to save my line.
Any suggestion on what I'm doing wrong?
Running version 1.0.23 (not sure why I'm not up to date) on Linux Mint 22.
Thanks & Happy Holidays!!! :):):)
OK, So i figured out that if I go into Nemo and do the following:
"Go to Edit > Preferences > Behavior and in Media Handling uncheck "Automatically mount removeable media when inserted and on startup"
Strawberry will see the music collection on the player.
However, when I try to build a playlist and save it to the device I get the error:
"Unable to Access M400/ Unable to open MTP device "001,021"
Any suggestions?
Thanks
@MaverickGazer
I'm also running Linux Mint and can't seem to find this option.
Any idea on how to update this?
The error I'm getting is "Error connecting MTP device mtp://mediatek_m400_0123456789abcdef/?busnum=001&devnum=020".
Thanks.
So i bought it and when I try to open it, I get following error:
"Error connecting MTP device mtp://mediatek_m400_0123456789abcdef/?busnum=001&devnum=015"
I'm not sure what that means. Something tells me a setting on the player is not correct.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
@rlkeeney Yes it does.
I don't like playing it on my phone though.
I prefer a separate device for my music. I'm old that way
Good Evening,
I'm thinking of purchasing the below MP3 player.
It's Android based and I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with it.
What I wanted to know was if I'm running Linux Mint 21.2 Cinnamon, will my computer be able to see it and will I be able to generate playlists and add them to it via Strawberry?
If not, does anyone have any suggestion?
Thanks,

I'm trying to creat a 14th playlist and Strawberry is not saving it.
It's going through the motions, but it's not there afterwords.
I'm on 1.0.12 on Linux Mint 21.1.
Is there a max number of playlists or is there a glitch?
Thanks,
@juanito
Thanks.
I think i did that correctly.
Good Evening,
Sorry if this has been posted before.
I'm running Linix Mint 21 Cinnamon and can't seem to figure out how to update to the newest version of Strawberry.
Any help and i would be grateful.
When i downloaded it the first time, there weren't so many Ubuntu options.
Thanks for the help.
