    Hello,
    First of all, thank you for your great music player. I really enjoy using it on Linux.
    I would like to kindly ask if it would be possible to add support for the TAK (Tom’s lossless Audio Kompressor) audio format (*.tak) in a future version.
    TAK is a lossless audio codec similar to FLAC, but it is currently not widely supported by Linux audio players. Many users still have music collections archived in this format, and native playback support would be extremely helpful.
    If your player uses FFmpeg or GStreamer, perhaps TAK decoding could be enabled through the appropriate backend plugin or library.

    Clementine, which Strawberry is based on has a useful feature which allows the player to be controlled remotely via a Android client app.

    I have a large music collection and when I play my collection on random and I don't like a song, there is no way in to control Strawberry remotely

    I have written a very basic enhancement which allows minimal remote control (Next, Previous, Pause, Play) of Strawberry via a remote client (Linux & Android)

    While the maintainer reviews my PR, you can try/test this enhancement

    You only need to build and install the spotify plugin if it's older than 0.14.0. meson and ninja are usually found in the package repositories if you are on Linux. macOS and Windows already have the plugin bundled with the installer.

    i really don't like this change, it honestly feels like they're intentionally screwing us over for using windows (even though i use both windows and linux, it still feels like they are dogpiling on all of us)
    i just hope they lift it soon.

    Hi all, I searched the forums, but couldn't find a match.

    First off, I'm running Debian 12.6 "Bookworm" KDE DE. In Strawberry, every time I select 'Show in file browser' in the context menu it opens up Easytag instead of the Dolphin file manager!

    Any reason why that would be?
