I got the same issue when using Krusader

On the second comment in the issue I linked to, I'm describing what's failing. So yes, it's not working at all. There is no need for QA before it's fixed. All you need to do to test it yourself is to enable the open CD option in the menu. I have no plans to look into the issue again which is why I have disabled it, closed the issue and listed it as not supported in the features for Windows. To fix it or look into the issue you need to at least have a Windows PC setup up with a development environment, a debugger and a CD drive which is why I sent you the guide. It's on the bottom of the my TODO list. It's simply not a priority for me considering that most users aren't using strawberry for playing CD's. There are too many others things that needs to be done.

Windows 10 is supported by Microsoft until 2025. All the libraries we use still work with Windows 10. Binaries can be built to work on both Windows 10 and 11 so there isn't more work to support 10. A ton of users are still on Windows 10. I see no reason to drop support for Windows 10 at this point. So I don't know how you came to that conclusion.

I really have no idea, how i can get the titles of the current playlist to my device. I have read some topics about MTP. As a result, I have disabled automount for MTP and any other USB device. If i now doubleclick the Android device, something accesses the device and counts the media. But i cant open the device. If i rightclick and choose "device settings", the spinner loads now since 1 hour without an end. If i rightclick a song 2 minute mp3 file and choose "copy to device" and select OK in the dialog, i get "organize files" in the statusbar... also for ever... but nothing is transfered. The device is not mounted and never was in this session... Im a little bit clueless. How can i transfer the songs to my device?

The odd thing is that tracks are being scrobbled.

@jonas I upgraded to 1.0.1 this morning, but I can't see any change. I've rescanned the collection and try to "remove unavailable tracks from playlist", but nothing happens, even if I know that there are hidden tracks there. Do I have to flush the playlist and start over?

@parakovsky Same! For me, Strawberry is the perfect music player with no doubt. I'm in love.

@jonas What good is the mood bar? It seems useless to me.

Just wanted to congratulate you and the other dev's on getting Strawberry to version 1.0 status! I just downloaded the update from the PCLinuxOS repo earlier today.
It's been a long time since the first April 2016 posts at Clementine github about the removal of the alsa output card options. I'm so thankful to the group of people that have put together Strawberry for those of us audiophiles that care about good sound.

I am having the same issue.

@richb-hanover I have found that you can right click on an item in collection and choose "Organize Files". You can then decide how you want to rename / organize the files based on the metadata.
