I think I might have fixed this issue now, if possible, could you try build the latest master (https://github.com/strawberrymusicplayer/strawberry) and see if the issue is fixed.

Finally caught it while running with GST_DEBUG=5. This time, I had paused the track somewhat close to its end. Unfortunately, the logging is on the insane level, so I couldn't copy it all, and I don't even know if it has anything useful. Here is the last part of it, just in case:

If that's what you are talking about, then it is a bug as it should install cleanly. If not, that's probably what you should be using.

Whoops, you're right. I hadn't noticed there was already a binary for 24.10 on the github release page. Next time I'll look there instead of relying on the website's links. Thanks for pointing that out.

All NAS folders are mapped to local, but StrawBerry still can't "see" them (not offered in the "add folder" list)

@msrex I checked this now. I see that there is a bug, not updating the song when disc is changed, but I see it's correctly updating when title and track is changed.
But I don't know if that bug could explain what you saw happening, it could happen if the song was ripped while strawberry was running, and disc was updated after the song was initially read from disc.
If you manually tagged the disc later, or the ripping program tagged it later.
If you see way to still reproduce the bug without updating the disc, I'd like to know so I can fix it.
