unclosable popup upon opening

Upon launch, the "Support Strawberry" popup appears. It is impossible to close or click OK or check Do not show this message again. It only goes away if I end Strawberry with Task Manager. I uninstalled and reinstalled, and it did not fix the issue.

the solution is to hit esc
