      You need to change grouping "group by" in the Tools menu (wrench icon) in upper corner of the collection.

      Answer from taglib,
      Hi Ton,

      As far as I know, DSDIFF/DSF was never part of an official TagLib release.

      It was merged into master (2018-10-27, d71398c9), but it was later
      removed (2019-09-12, 074f30e3) with the commit message

      Remove DSF and DSDIFF from master to a feature branch

      These can be merged back into master once they're in a more mature state.

      @Scott: Can you tell us what exactly were the problems which led to
      this removal?

      The code still exists in the taglib2 branch. It is not difficult to
      include support for a new tag format in a project which is using
      TagLib, that code does not have to be part of TagLib, so the
      Strawberry Musicplayer could add DSF support to its source code. I did
      this myself for https://invent.kde.org/multimedia/kid3/, but I used
      another implementation from https://github.com/pekingduck/metadsf
      (2015-03-11, 18687eb2), and I had to add a few fixes based on bug
      reports from users, so an alternative to the stuff in the taglib2
      branch could be the src/plugins/taglibmetadata/taglibext/dsf folder in
      the Kid3 sources.

      Jonas, was this helpful?

      The icon in the source column is indicating if the song is in the collection or not. Black vinyl means a collection song, blue folder is a local file not mapped to the collection.
      The URL needs to exactly match a collection directory for it to work.

      @linuxerarch
      The forum isn't dedicated to mac. But there have been more issues specific to macOS than Linux or Windows, primarily because I don't use mac and it's been harder for me to fix those issues.
      I estimate that we have around 80% Linux users, than only 20% mac and windows users. I know this because of web statistics, e-mail I receive and issues reported on GitHub, etc. It's also mostly advertised through Linux distros and web sites reviewing linux software.
      Strawberry uses standardized locations for dotfiles under .config and .share.

      @jonas I'm new to MacOS and somehow managed to install the current version of Strawberry on my new Macbook Air with the M1 chip. I am having some trouble where I copy new folders (albums) of mp3's or flac's into the folder :"Strawberry Tracks" which Strawberry monitors, re-start Strawberry and sometimes the new tracks show up in the library. sometimes not. I'm new to MacOS snd haven't been able to figure out if my problems are due to Strawberry not liking the M1 chip, or what.

      @rlkeeney

      The easiest to do is to delete the collection directories, and then re-add the them, that will however loose playcounts, ratings and mess up the playlists (if you have any).
      So if you need to keep ratings, playcounts and playlists, you can do it with SQL queries.
      See:
      https://github.com/strawberrymusicplayer/strawberry/wiki/Find-and-delete-duplicates-from-the-collection-database

      What OS, file system, audio format and ripper you used?
      What version of Strawberry?
      If you are on Linux or macOS you can run strawberry on the terminal and do a full rescan, then see if there are any errors shown on the terminal.

      @jonas thanks for your answer.

      glib-networking is installed, however, I tried with one of the streams and it wasn't working.
      maybe I changed something about the root certificates as you told me because I removed the snap version from my pc and installed the deb package and now TIDAL is working again!

      Many thanks!
